GCT uses a structured onboarding workflow to understand the project, confirm soil and performance requirements, coordinate lab input where required, and prepare a practical stabilization recommendation.

  • Project Intake

    The client submits the project location, scope, surface condition, traffic use, documents, and the outcome required from GCT.

  • Soil & Scope Review

    GCT reviews available soil information, photos, drawings, and operational requirements to decide whether lab testing or additional information is required.

  • Lab Partner Coordination

    Where required, GCT coordinates with an approved soil lab partner for CBR, PI, grading, moisture, compaction, UCS, or other project-specific tests.

  • Estimate & Pavement Design

    GCT prepares product selection, application assumptions, road and pavement design notes, quantities, and estimate guidance aligned to relevant standards where applicable.

  • Client Project Pack

    The client receives a clear project pack with findings, assumptions, recommendation, estimate basis, exclusions, and next steps toward quotation or delivery.

The assessment is owned by Ground Control Technology from intake to recommendation. PIT is the holding company only; the product, workflow, lab coordination, and client communication remain GCT-led.
